Was wirst Du lernen?
Als AZUBI Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) lernst du das gesamte Unternehmen kennen und entdeckst, wie die einzelnen Abteilungen zusammengehören und zusammenarbeiten. Während der Ausbildungszeit durchläufst Du unsere verschiedenen Abteilungen wie z.B. Beschaffung, Einkauf, Buchhaltung, IT, Personal und Marketing und lernst so die betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozesse kennen. Während Deinen Einsatzzeiten arbeitest du operativ mit und setzt kleinere Aufgaben/ Projekte in den entsprechenden Abteilungen eigenverantwortlich um. Je nach Abteilung bist Du im Kontakt mit unseren Kollegen, Kunden, Lieferanten und/oder Partnern.
Die schulische Ausbildung findet an den staatlichen Berufsschulen in Donauwörth oder Neuburg statt. In der Vorbereitung für Deine Prüfungen, werden wir Dich unterstützen.
Rahmenbedingungen
- Ausbildungsdauer 3 Jahre mit einer wöchentlichen Arbeitszeit von 38 Stunden/Woche
- Zulassungsvoraussetzung ist mindestens der Abschluss der Mittleren Reife
- Arbeitsort ist in Burgheim - der Arbeitsort ist nicht direkt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar
Anforderungen an dich
- Du bist gut in der Schule und Fächer wie Deutsch, Mathematik sowie Wirtschaft/Rechnungswesen bereiten Dir Freude
- Du hast Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge interessieren Dich und Du hast Interesse an kaufmännischen Tätigkeiten
- Du bist kommunikativ und Du kannst Dich gut ausdrücken (in Wort und Schrift)
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bist zuverlässig
