Administrative Assistant IV

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Export Documentation: Prepare and submit necessary export documentation such as commercial invoices, health certificates and product specifications.
  • Import Administration: Receive and check import documentation and process customs clearance instructions with our agents.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate with shipping companies and logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient shipment of goods.
  • Support: Provide support to internal departments regarding the dispatching of customer orders and the receipt of raw materials.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Following procedures to ensure adherence to export and import regulations.

Desired Experience & Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in export and/or import administration is beneficial but not required.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word.
  • Must have strong IT skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
