Job Description

Join Our Purpose - Feeding the Future

Nutreco is a member of the SHV family, and we are committed to 'Feeding the Future' through sustainable and innovative practices. Nutreco has two business lines: Skretting is a leading global provider of innovative aquafeed solutions, revolutionizing aquaculture for a sustainable future. Trouw Nutrition specializes in animal nutrition and is committed to advancing livestock health and productivity through cutting-edge solutions.

The Transformation team at Nutreco is dedicated to standardising, harmonising, and automation of our global operations, enabling our Business Units (BUs) to deliver high-quality services consistently. By scaling an integrated process across the globe, we plan to foster a culture of continuous improvement across diverse project teams.

Our team consists of a Global Process Owner, Business Expert, Technology Lead, Change Manager, and Internal Control. Each member is a subject matter expert in their domain, accountable for their own part of the transformation cycle. The Implementation Lead will be pivotal in conducting BU-level business impact analysis, managing requirements, and executing the final implementation of the transformation. Reporting to the Transformation Director, you will drive improvements across Nutreco’s global Operating Companies.

About The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the business impact analysis process for all affected business units. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess potential impacts, risks, and opportunities associated with the project.

  • Provide input and guidance to the Technology Lead, Internal Controller, and Global Process Owner throughout the solution development phase.

  • Execute the transformation process at the BU level, ensuring smooth integration and operational adaptation.

Skills and Expertise

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Business Administration or a similar field.

  • 10+ years of experience in business transformation and implementation rollouts on a global or regional scale.

  • Experience working on transformation projects in large organisations.

  • Proven track record in business impact analysis and requirements gathering across multiple disciplines.

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Expectation from Role:

  • Work closely with business units to understand their unique local requirements, ensuring global processes can be flexibly adapted to meet these needs while maintaining compliance with internal control requirements.

  • Together with the Transformation team, respond to evolving business needs and challenges.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various business units to ensure alignment and smooth implementation of transformation initiatives.

Why You Will Love Working with Us

Global Benefits:

  • A full-time position in an international, dynamic environment.

  • Competitive remuneration package, good pension scheme, and 30 vacation days.

  • Opportunities for professional growth within Nutreco and the broader SHV group.

  • Opportunity to travel globally (~50%).

  • Flexible work environment with option to work from home several days per week.
