Maintenance Technician I
Job Description
Puesto de mecánico-soldador / electromecánico, con experiencia mínima de 3 años en puesto similar en sector industrial, con conocimientos en mecánica general y soldador con cierto nivel. Valorable el buen desempeño en tema electromecánico. En turnos de mañana y tarde, y guardias. Se ofrece contrato indefinido.
- Verificación y evaluación del estado de los equipos de manipulación, instalaciones neumáticas y/o mecánicas/eléctricas, líneas de transporte (transportadores, elevadores, transgranes), Molinos y todo tipo de motores, líneas de ensacado, sistemas de dosificación
- Mantenimientos correctivos derivadas de las inspecciones (según programa de mantenimiento y situaciones instantáneas)
- Capacidad de distinguir la gravedad del problema a solucionar y dar soluciones al mismo.
Realizar diversas técnicas (soldadura, torneado y chapa, mecanizado)
- Registros de todas las actividades de mantenimiento en los sistemas de gestión de mantenimiento apropiados para tener una administración completa y una visión del estado y el historial de todos los equipos, archiva todos los datos técnicos
- Trabajar de acuerdo con todas las normas y procedimientos de seguridad pertinentes (permisos de trabajo, LoTo, etc.), así como con las normas técnicas
- Señalar situaciones potencialmente peligrosas y/o inseguras, toma las medidas apropiadas en caso de situaciones inseguras inminentes
