Feeds’n Needs – Retail Division of Shur-Gain/Trouw Nutrition, a Nutreco Company is seeking a Store Manager for our Bridgewater, NS location.

Responsibilities:

Champion regional strategies to boost traffic, sales, and market share
Keep store operations sharp, compliant, and running smoothly
Set the bar for visual merchandising and customer satisfaction
Analyze buying trends and customer feedback to drive smart decisions
Coach, develop, and empower your team to reach their full potential
Resolve challenges with confidence—staff or customer, you’ve got it covered
Lead with integrity, inspire with action, and build a culture of excellence

Skills and Expertise

Qualifications:

Post-secondary education or equivalent hands-on experience
Sharp decision-making that balances speed and strategy
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams is required.
Customer-first mindset with multitasking superpowers
Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills
